Abantwana Publishing ‘s core business is to develop, market and provide educational material and educational toys for Early Childhood Development and for the Foundation Phase of schooling. The company has recently added Sporting Equipment as a complementary portfolio.
Abantwana Publishing was registered in 2009 but resumed an active role in 2012 to complement the operations of its sister company, Abantwana Marketing. Abantwana Publishing has established a Unit that works with Youth and Women Cooperatives to manufacture children's furniture and other wooden products. The Unit has expanded to manufacture family puppets, bean bags and other textile products for use in educating our children thereby creating income opportunities for young people and women whilst providing educational materials to the ECD sector.
